Materials

The different posts

The different posts (average diameter: 100 to 120mm / 120 to 140mm) are made from sap free robinia. The robinia is sanded and has had its bark removed. Robinia is... naturally rot proof and does not require any additional chemical protection; it is equally extremely resistant to attacks from external sources (insects, fungi, climatic variations), guaranteeing the long term durability of the playground equipment. The boards

The boards are made from natural robinia wood or Douglas fir (plank sizes: 22 and 27mm). Robinia wood and Douglas fir are naturally rot proof and do not... require any additional chemical protection; they are equally extremely resistant to attacks from external sources (insects, fungi, climatic variations), guaranteeing the long term durability of the playground equipment. The tubes

The tubes are made of 40mm diameter stainless steel, guaranteeing lasting durability and reliability of the equipment.

The 16mm diameter ropes

The 16mm diameter ropes are made of galvanised steel cable covered with polyester. The cables are linked together and held in place by injected polyamide spheres.

The net fittings

The net fittings are made of polyamide. The fittings are composed of two distinct parts for ease of maintenance of individual strands.

The seat

The seat is made from rubber, 13mm thick.

The sliding surface

The sliding surface is made of 2mm thick stainless steel, which is shaped, bent and rolled from one piece.

The climbing holds

The climbing holds are made of polypropylene. They are non-toxic, inflammable and shock and UV resistant.

The telescope

The telescope is made of stainless steel.

The fixings

The fixings are made of stainless or plated steel and protected by anti-vandalism polyamide caps.
