This is a joint SLCC & One Voice Wales Event that helps keep Town/Parish clerks and council officials up to date with what is happening in the sector.
The event is being held at the Liberty Stadium, Landore, Swansea, SA1 2FA with doors open from 10.00am
Julie James AM, the Wales Minister for Housing and Local Government will be the keynote speaker at this year’s joint SLCC and One Voice Wales Conference.
SLCC’s Wales Policy Officer, Mark Galbraith explained, “We are delighted that the Minister has accepted our invitation to address the Joint Conference. This will be an excellent opportunity to hear first hand the Welsh Government’s response to the recommendations of the Independent Review Panel on The Future for Community & Town Councils. I am sure colleagues will want to take this opportunity to engage directly with the Minister at this important moment in the development of our sector.”
