The ideal candidate will have experience working on tender submissions, with the ability to keep to tight deadlines. They will work well independently and as part of a team, with a can-do attitude.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage the complete tender process to final submission.
- Access portal notifications/written notifications and distribute PQQ & tender information to Management.
- Read and break down all tender questions to assist staff in writing relevant responses.
- Produce all tender supporting documents, tender submission documents and quote presentations
- Collate Company collateral for submission to maintain Company accreditations.
- Update and maintain tender information library.
- Create quotes on Salesforce CRM, working with the design team to ensure quantities and rate plans are accurate.
- Prepare client-facing documents in InDesign for the submission of quotes.
- Prepare documentation for Supply Only Orders and submit it to our Contracts Team.
- Cover other Bid Coordinator’s duties during holiday leave and busy periods.
- Cover overflow from Customer Support/Marketing by answering telephone calls in a polite and efficient manner, assisting with any customer queries, or re-directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Assume and perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined above, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position.

Hours of work
Full-Time – 36 hours a week
Part-time hours may be considered, minimum of 32 hours.
